Battery Replacement
With new battery prices ranging from $30 to $150, a replacement is usually feasible. However, we first need to confirm if the issue is actually the battery. Non-charging issues can also be related to the charger, software, or mainboard. Charger prices range from $30 to $120. The mainboard is usually not repairable at a reasonable cost. Therefore, the price to fix charging issues can range from $180 to $400.
Selective Laptop Screen and Keyboard Replacement
While the prices of keyboards and screens as individual parts are low, keyboard replacement may be uneconomical due to the time-consuming disassembly process. The keyboard is often the last component to come off and is frequently designed as a non-replaceable part of the laptop bezel. This is especially true for backlit keyboards and the latest ultrathin laptops. Keyboard replacement costs range from $200 to $500, while screen replacement costs range from $250 to over $500. Keep in mind, there may be other issues with your laptop besides the keyboard and screen.
We also offer new or near-new laptops with touchscreens, priced from $300.

If you're experiencing issues like a blank screen, your Mac won't start, or slow internet, try the following steps:
Hard Shut Down
- Press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds until the screen turns off and the Mac shuts down.
- Wait a few seconds, then press the power button again to restart.
NVRAM Reset
- Turn off your MacBook.

- Hold these keys for about 20 seconds, during which your Mac may restart.
- Release the keys, and your Mac will reboot with its NVRAM reset.
Power Chip / SMC / System Management Controller Reset
For MacBooks with a non-removable battery
- Turn off your MacBook.
- Connect the power adapter.
- Press and hold Shift + Control + Option on the left side of the keyboard and the power button simultaneously.
- Hold all the keys for 10 seconds.
- Release them, then press the power button to turn the Mac back on.
Replace the Charger
Ensure you replace your power adapter with the same or a higher wattage Apple charger. For example, a 45W adapter can be replaced with a 65W one. Using a lower-powered charger may start the laptop, but it can cause overheating or intermittent shutdowns, making it seem like the laptop is faulty.
If these steps don't resolve the issue, feel free to contact us for a quote, or you can request repairs through your nearest Apple store via the Apple website.
No Apple hardware repairs
We do not perform hardware repairs on Apple Mac computers, as this is discouraged by Apple. However, we can help identify whether the issue is hardware or software-related over the phone.
