SSD Upgrade Cost and Prices

Why upgrade HDD to SSD?

An HDD to SSD upgrade will fix existing issues and improve computer speed up to 10 times. The upgrade improves most operations but not computing speed, which is determined by the CPU. Everyday functions such as browsing the internet or working with documents will be noticeably faster. This applies to PCs. Few Macs benefit from the upgrade because Apple has been using SSDs since 2008.

Prices below do not include labour to install the SSD and transfer your system and data, which varies from 30 min to a few hours. The total SSD upgrade cost is still far less than buying a new computer. An office computer usually needs only a 500GB drive. We stock Samsung and WD drives at our Brookvale shop on Sydney Northern Beaches and can install them the same day.
