Delivery is up to 3 working days from payment clearance
We offer a 3-month warranty on used products, such as computers, and a 1-year warranty on new products and services, including new parts and materials used in our repair services. A 3-month warranty is also provided for repairs related to the specific fault.
Returned items must be in their original condition, with undamaged packaging, and include all inserts, pamphlets, CDs, manuals, cables, and accessories, if applicable. Products purchased on a "No Return Basis" are not eligible for this guarantee.
We do not offer exchanges as we are a small business, and stock is usually not available.

Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind and wish to return an item. We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for a refund. Please note that a restocking fee may apply. The fee depends on whether the product, packaging, accessories, and software are intact.
